Print Process and Materials

Metal print: My high-resolution metal prints employ UV direct printing with seven colours (traditional printing uses only four), including light colours to ensure impressive intensity the highest resolution (without pixelation) and maximum sharpness. The biggest advantages of metal prints: they are stable, bend and weather-resistant and incredibly sharp.

Giclée: a superior quality print method based on a process that uses a 12 colour ink jet printer, acid free papers, and pigment based archival inks. Printed in museum quality with maximum durability on Hahnemühle Museum Etching, 350 gsm, 100% cotton. This heavyweight textured paper is characterised by its high stability. The finely textured surface with fine felt structure lends FineArt prints added depth and a three-dimensional effect.

Sizes, Border, Framing

Giclée print dimensions are exact to what is shown on the product detail page. For example, a 45×30 cm print measures 45 by 30 cm. I don’t add borders to ensure a sophisticated, seamless look if you wish to use a mount.

About The YĪN / 陰 Series

Yin, the female principle in Chinese natural philosophy, stands for tranquility, rest and receiving. In contrast, Yang, the male principle, stands for movement, action and giving.

The motifs in this series are slow and poetic, like a breeze gently brushing through your hair. In a society driven by Yang energy, where values such as performance, speed, and action are emphasized, Jessica’s photographic work aims to invite viewers to pause for a moment and create space for introspection.
