Feel free to send me your favorite photos of my portfolio, so I can get an idea of what you’re looking for. You can also let me know your preferred date for the shoot.
Before your upcoming photo session, we’ll have a short zoom call or exchange voice messages to get to know each other a bit better. At this stage, we'll also set the date for your shoot and I’ll explain the next steps. Of course, there’s plenty of space for all your questions! 🙂
After our call, I’ll send you a contract that outlines all the necessary legal details. The contract also includes a 30% deposit of the total session price to secure your date.
There’s not much to do—other than enjoy the anticipation! 🙂 One week before our session, I’ll reach out to you so we can go over all the details again (e.g. location, time, outfit).
We’ll meet at the agreed time and place, and first take a few moments to settle in and connect. I’ll walk you through the flow of the shoot and my way of working in a calm and relaxed manner. The session usually lasts about an hour, but I always make sure we have more than enough time. The last thing I want you to associate with this day is stress! 🙂
Within 72 hours after the shoot, I’ll create a gallery with the best shots and send you a link via email. You can then select your favorite images. Once your final selection is confirmed, editing will take up to 3 weeks—after which you’ll receive a download link via email.
At the same time you make your selection, I’ll send you the invoice, which is due upon receipt. If you’d like to pay in installments, please let me know before the shoot. Once I’ve finished editing your final selection (within 3 weeks), you’ll receive an email with your download link.
You download all your photos—and I’d be absolutely thrilled to receive your feedback, or even a little “love letter” if you feel like sharing one. 🙂
