Although I am a one-woman show, I usually manage to fulfill orders on the same day they are placed. Production and shipping typically take between 2 to 4 working days within Europe.
Delivery is tracked and covered by insurance. Please note that customers outside Europe will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.
If you experience any issues with the postal service, such as damage or delays, please note that these are beyond my control. However, I’m here to assist you, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need support.

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Although I cannot accept returns or issue refunds, I am always here to listen if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your print. Together, we will always find a solution.

Why no returns? Because all prints are individually printed on demand just for you. Additionally, prints are very delicate and usually cannot be resold once returned. For these reasons, all purchases through this website are final and non-refundable. As I am a (very) small business, I kindly ask you to keep this in mind when selecting your print.
